Lattersangen er en sang fra den andre episoden av den første sesongen av My Little Pony Vennskap er ren Magi, og den første sangen i serien. Sangen synges av Pinkie Pie når hun og hennes venner går gjennom Everfree Forest mens de ser etter Harmoniens elementer.

Pinkies venner blir skremt av et skogholt med trær som ble fortryllet av Nightmare Moon for å gi dem skumle ansikter. Pinkie synger sangen for å vise dem at frykt kan beseires ved å le. Det er en lekse som lærte Twilight Sparkle at Pinkie er elementet latter.
