Applejack	Recounted in Call of the Cutie, in The Cutie Mark Chronicles, and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1. A young Applejack seeks out a sophisticated lifestyle in Manehattan and is taken in by her Aunt and Uncle Orange. However, she embarrasses herself among the social elite and is disappointed by the cuisine. While feeling homesick, she sees Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom pointing toward Ponyville. She returns home to Sweet Apple Acres, and her cutie mark appears.
Babs Seed	Happens between Friends Forever Issue 13 and Bloom & Gloom. At the end of the comic story, Babs expresses an interest in hairstyles. Before the episode, she sends a letter to Apple Bloom stating she got her cutie mark, and Sweetie Belle believes that she'll be a celebrity stylist.
Big McIntosh	Mentioned in Where the Apple Lies. Big McIntosh explains to Filthy Rich and Spoiled Milk "...and others say that's how the trees got to growin' so tall. But to me, it's just how I got my cutie mark!"
Cheerilee	Recounted in Call of the Cutie. Cheerilee explains to her class of foals that when she was about their age, she woke up one day to find that a cutie mark had appeared on her flank, and she decided to become a teacher.
Cheese Sandwich	Recounted indirectly in Pinkie Pride. When Cheese Sandwich left Manehattan as a colt, he stumbled into Ponyville during the biggest party he'd ever seen. The atmosphere made him so happy that he let go of his shy, friendless past and became a "super duper party pony".
Chipcutter	Happens in Forever Filly. The Cutie Mark Crusaders help Chipcutter embrace his talent for sculpting after always getting in trouble for making sculptures out of his school lunches. When he carves a statue of the Crusaders out of a stone slab, he earns his cutie mark.
Cozy Glow	On October 13, 2018, Sunni Westbrook mentioned regarding Cozy Glow, "I think her Cutie Mark means she’s good at strategy and playing the long game."
Diamond Tiara	Mentioned in Call of the Cutie. Diamond Tiara mentions to Apple Bloom and Twist that she "just got" her cutie mark and holds her cute-ceañera at Sugarcube Corner.
DJ Pon-3	Recounted in neigh anything... During Shining Armor's performance to get the attention of Princess Cadance, a filly DJ Pon-3 watches from the crowd and her cutie mark appears.
Featherweight	Mentioned in Ponyville Confidential. Featherweight is shown to have gotten his cutie mark, which several of his classmates congratulate him for.
Fluttershy	Recounted in The Cutie Mark Chronicles and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1. At summer flight camp, young Fluttershy's weak flying causes her to fall toward the ground during a race. She is saved by a swarm of butterflies and is captivated by the sights and creatures living on the ground. When the animals are frightened by the sound of Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom, Fluttershy calms them and discovers an innate ability to communicate with them on a "different level", and her cutie mark appears.
Gilded Lily	Happens in Friendship is Magic Issue 60. While stargazing with the Cutie Mark Crusaders, she corrects their misidentification of various constellations and her cutie mark appears.

Kettle Corn	Happens in Marks and Recreation. On the first day of the Cutie Mark Crusaders' Cutie Mark Day Camp, Kettle Corn discovers a talent for writing haikus, and she gets her cutie mark.
Maggie Joy	A note to Evan Kaufman from Hasbro mentions regarding the Maggie Joy character, "Her cutie mark symbolizes joy, with sun rays, radiating outward from a pink heart which shows how deeply she cares about her friends and family."
Minuette	Recounted indirectly in the Enterplay collectible card game's expansion set High Magic. Minuette's card #28 SR lists the quote "My cutie mark? It means that I make friends in no time flat, obviously! Oh, and that whole time magic thing I guess. Mostly it's the friend making."

Mr. Potato Head	Mentioned in a May 11, 2015 post by Hasbro's My Little Pony Facebook page.
Mrs. Cake	Recounted in The Perfect Pear. When Mrs. Cake was younger (then known as Chiffon Swirl), Applejack's mother Pear Butter convinced her to pursue baking. With the ingredients that Butter supplies her, Chiffon Swirl makes a pear upside-down cake and gets her cutie mark.
Optimus Prime	Mentioned in a June 7, 2015 post by Hasbro's My Little Pony Facebook page.
Pickle Barrel (G5)	In early March 2023, Riley Farmer tweeted "i love my little pony bc there will be a pony named pickle barrel on a pickle farm and they’re like “i wonder what my cutie mark will be”" and Natalie Haines quote tweeted that with "Omg, their cutie mark just showed up!! https://twitter.com/Ls1389/status/1632551595182284800/photo/1".
Pinkie Pie	Recounted in The Cutie Mark Chronicles and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1. During young Pinkie Pie's days of living on her family's rock farm, there was "no talking" and "no smiling". One day, she sees and hears Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom, and the blast of wind makes her straight hair curly. Pinkie is so overwhelmed with joy that she decides to spread that joy to other ponies. At the first party she throws for her family, her cutie mark appears.

Princess Amore	Mentioned in The Journal of the Two Sisters. From a young age, Amore was always full of love and felt an instant connection to the Crystal Heart. When she projected her positive energy into the Heart and it spread over what would later become the Crystal Empire, she received her cutie mark and was crowned princess.
Princess Celestia	Detailed in The Journal of the Two Sisters. After Star Swirl the Bearded exhausts his magic trying to move the sun and moon on his own, he suggests that the two Alicorn sisters do it themselves. Celestia's connection with the sun both amplifies her Alicorn magic and bestows her with her cutie mark.
Princess Luna	Detailed in The Journal of the Two Sisters. After Star Swirl the Bearded exhausts his magic trying to move the sun and moon on his own, he suggests that the two Alicorn sisters do it themselves. Radiant Hope	Recounted in FIENDship is Magic Issue 1. When a young Sombra suffers severe pain on the day of the Crystal Faire, his body begins to fracture and break apart. Radiant Hope desperately uses her magic to restore his body and acquires her cutie mark, discovering a rare talent for healing any ailment.
Rainbow Dash	Recounted in Call of the Cutie, in The Cutie Mark Chronicles and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1 and revisited in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 2. During a race against Hoops and "Dumb-Bell", a filly Rainbow Dash discovers a love for the adrenaline and excitement of gaining so much speed. She not only outraces the bullies but also performs the legendary sonic rainboom, and her cutie mark appears. Alternatively detailed in Born to Fly, Dash of Lightning, and Slow N Steady Wins the Race.
Rarity	Recounted in The Cutie Mark Chronicles and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1. A young Rarity wants to make dazzling costumes for a school play, but nothing she tries seems to work. As she wonders if she's meant to be a fashionista, her horn sparks to life and drags her out to a desolate and rocky area, stopping in front of a large boulder. Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom splits the boulder in half, revealing a cache of jewels inside. On the night of the school play, Rarity's gem-studded costumes bring her admiration from the audience as well as her cutie mark.

Sandbar	On December 27, 2018, Jim Miller stated regarding Sandbar's special talent, "Unknown at this time!"
Scootaloo	Happens in Crusaders of the Lost Mark. Skeedaddle	Happens off-screen in The Last Crusade. While trying to get his cutie mark in rowing, Skeedaddle's oar breaks; he ties it back together using fishing line, and he gets his cutie mark.
Snips	Recounted indirectly in Zen and the Art of Gazebo Repair - Part Deux "If You Only Have a Hammer, You See Every Problem as a Nail". When Snips and Snails argue about Snips' cutie mark, Snips explains that his special talent is cutting things, which he demonstrates on a rope.
Strike	Happens off-screen in The Cutie Pox. As the Cutie Mark Crusaders attempt to get their cutie marks in bowling, Strike gets his cutie mark in that very sport, and numerous bowling alley patrons cheer for him.
Sugar Twist	Detailed in Enterplay's collectible card game. Sugar Twist's card #79 C states that she earned her cutie mark when she made the largest tornado ever seen on the Ponyville school playground.
Sunburst	Recounted in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 2 and The Crystalling - Part 1. Sunburst obtains his cutie mark when organizing books that nearly fall on Starlight Glimmer.

Tender Taps	Happens in On Your Marks. Tender Taps has a lot of talent as a tap dancer, but he suffers from stage fright. With the help of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Tender Taps overcomes his stage fright and performs a tap dancing routine that is met with overwhelming applause. After this, he receives his cutie mark.
Tracy Tailspin	On February 1, 2024, Natalie Haines stated that Tracy Tailspin's cutie mark is "meant to symbolize racing and Derby."
Trixie	Recounted in the European magazine story Trixie never gives up! After a young Trixie has embarrassing debuts as a magician in Appleloosa, Rainbow Falls, and Manehattan, she nearly gives up on her dream, but she vows to never give up. She finally gets her cutie mark after enough practice.
Trouble Shoes	Recounted in Appleoosa's Most Wanted. Trouble Shoes gained his cutie mark during his audition for the Appleloosa rodeo, which caused him to stumble and humiliate himself in front of the judges. He determined that his cutie mark was a sign of bad luck, but the Cutie Mark Crusaders help change his outlook and discover his proficiency as a rodeo clown.
Sheriff Tumbleweed	Mentioned in How Sheriff Tumbleweed Got His Cutie Mark. Tumbleweed got his cutie mark after he met Sheriff Bart.
Twist	Happens off-screen in Call of the Cutie. When Apple Bloom goes to Twist's house and suggests going to Diamond Tiara's cute-ceañera together due to their mutual lack of a cutie mark, Twist is shown to have gotten hers, having discovered her special talent at making sweets.
Twilight Sparkle	Recounted in The Cutie Mark Chronicles and in The Cutie Re-Mark - Part 1. During young Twilight's entrance exam into Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, she becomes nervous in front of the examiners and nearly fails. The sound of Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom awakens Twilight's magic, and she briefly loses control. Princess Celestia calms her and compliments her on her raw ability, offering to take her on a personal student. Twilight celebrates both this and the acquisition of her cutie mark.
