Foggy Fleece is an elderly female Pegasus pony with a very pale blue coat, white mane and tail, blue or orange eyes with dark blue pupils, and a cutie mark of a ball of purple yarn. She is unnamed in the show, but she is named in merchandise.

Depiction in the series[]
Foggy Fleece first appears in Sonic Rainboom working at the weather factory in Cloudsdale. In a brief speaking role, she remarks that she could watch the beautifully-winged Rarity fly all day long.
In season four, Foggy Fleece appears in Leap of Faith with both of her wings in bandages. She attends Flim and Flam's demonstration of their miracle curative tonic. In Equestria Games, she appears very briefly as a Games spectator.

In the Canterlot Nights expansion set of Enterplay's collectible card game, Foggy Fleece is named on card #71 C, which attributes to Rainbowshine the quote "We tried to throw a retirement party for Foggy Fleece once. She said, 'You can't get rid of me that easy,' and went back to work." In the game's High Magic expansion set, card #110 C, Magic Wings, attributes to Foggy Fleece the quote "I ain't seen a unicorn stare at her own reflection that long since the Marigold incident of Aught-Five!"
