I think there's consensus that users with Image Control rights should be able to delete files from the File: namespace. This would speed up cleanup on the wiki. –Throwawaytv 20:01, July 20, 2012 (UTC)

- That's what I thought, since there is only a single (delete) right on Special:ListGroupRights that applies to all namespaces except Talk. Food

With the recent adding of imagecontrol flags to User:BonBot, I doubt there will be a problem with it, seeing as you already have and use those tools. It should probably be taken to Forum:Image control group nomination thread, though. Food 00:13, July 22, 2012 (UTC)- User:TeyBot is already part of the Image Control group.
