The Crystal Empire - Part 1

The guard that reports to Princess Celestia has blue eyes like other generic guards, but his eyes change to yellow after he removes his helmet.
When we see Celestia at the beginning, her horn aura is yellow, like her cutie mark, but the letters have Twilight's aura color around them, making them look as if Celestia has multicolor aura colors.
- This is not an error and actually is not true! Watch again: Celestia is holding only her writing feather, but not the papers. They are covered by magic of another unicorn at the right from Princess. And her horn is glowing by the same color (pink) as these papers. Then, after a guard came, Celestia gave a signal to that unicorn, and she’d walked away with all papers. No error at all, but wait… Now Celestia’s feather nowhere to be found, while her horn is still glowing yellow! But Princess had enough time off-screen to take it away anyway. Both book and horn glow during the last sung line of Ballad of the Crystal Ponies as opposed to teaser edition, but Twilight's horn still doesn't glow shortly before, while the book does.
Rainbow Dash's wing is upside-down when she's up the ladder in the library.
When Cadance faints, her horn disappears for a few frames.
Rarity's irises are not polygonal shaped when imagining herself as a crystal pony.
As Pinkie blows the flugelhorn to announce Twilight, Cadance, and Shining Armor at the start of the Crystal Fair, Shining Armor's horn does not have the black crystals on it until after Pinkie interrupts Twilight. AarrowOM (talk) 07:21, June 18, 2013 (UTC)
When Spike gets off the train at 8:07, he's carrying a whole pile of luggage for Rarity. At 8:52 though, he carries a single suitcase only. Seconds later, at 9:00, the rest of the luggage has returned. --LabFox (talk) 14:29, June 30, 2013 (UTC)

The Crystal Empire - Part 2

During the "Last Time on..." it shows Princess Luna in Princess Celestia's Place in the Castle. (Please Verify, I'm not 100% sure, I noticed this when it aired and no one added it yet.) - No error here. During the episode recap, Luna only appears in these two shots, and they match up with Part 1. ImperfectXIII (talk) 04:16, May 14, 2013 (UTC)
02:29 Cadence's horn doesn't glow when Twilight says "I will retreive the crystal heart.".
On most scenes of Twilight walking down the hidden staircase it is clear that she is not standing on the stairs (either hooves standing flat in midair or she's standing at a different angle to the top of the steps).
When the crystal ponies cheer for Rainbow Dash, Berry Punch is in the crowd.
- Not an animation error, but more of an oversight by the animators. Moldy and the Ponds (talk) 06:10, November 12, 2012 (UTC)
When Rainbow Dash's introduction in the jousting demonstration, the lance is on her right side, but in her next shot, the lance switches on her left side then switch back to her right side after the joust. And disappear then reappears when she is talking to Fluttershy jinrex015
When Rainbow Dash says that she has a reputation to maintain, Fluttershy's ears disappear.
Whenever Celestia's face is seen at an angle so that you can partially see her second eye, said second eye is normally not straight and tends to slip closer to/further from her muzzle.
When Twilight looks to the top of the tower, the staircase seems to be free floating. This is fixed in the next scene.

Too Many Pinkie Pies

In the very beginning, Twillight's magic is detached for a brief moment (see picture below)
When Pinkie walks over to Rainbow Dash in her swim gear, Rainbow Dash is wingless.
When Pinkie Pie first sees Fluttershy having a tea party and the camera zooms in to look at Fluttershy, her back wing is reversed.
Pinkie Pie has six legs when she jumps up (06:48).
- Do you mean when she’s at left and talking to another Pinkie (who is at right and perform non-stop jumping)? Then real Pinkie Pie stands on two hooves and makes a long floating jump? If so, then this is not an error, because six legs are making her motion look very fast and pinkie-style. Aleksusklim (talk) 19:34, August 28, 2014 (UTC)
When the Pinkie Clones finish cloning many Clones, in one scene there are 14 clones, in the next there are 12.
After Pinkie Pie tells the clones to knock it off, the clones on the far left and right have no ears before they jump. When they jump, ears appear and clip into their mane. Their mane animation also has many errors when they jump.
When the clones attack the barn, Apple Fritter is helping raise it (12:50). She suddenly changes to another member of the Apple family (Marmalade) the next time she's on scene (13:02) She changes back to Apple Fritter when the Pinkie Clones run off.
When Big Mac blinks, (13:02) his eye is still visible under his eyelid.
When Pinkie crashes into Twilight at 00:18, first her arm goes through the outline of Twilight's neck, and then Twilight's neck is entirely detached from her body. ~Bobogoobo (talk) 06:43, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

One Bad Apple

In the song, the first time the line "Everywhere we turn, she's just a step ahead" is sung, Apple Bloom is singing but if you look real closely, you can see Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo mouthing it.
One of Babs Seed legs is missing in one a shot. (see picture --->)
- No it did not, one of her legs was blocked, because of the front leg.
At 0:46, Appleblooms mouth is disjointed

Magic Duel

  - Actually, the new aura color of magic was present when Celestia and Luna defeated King Sombra 1000 years ago, so how is the new aura version before the old one?
Right after Twilight is banished (8:08), her shadow seems to be in the wrong position. As she starts running, it seems to catch up with her.
At Twilight's magic show towards the end of the episode (20:32) there is a blank pony frame on the farthest end of the left bleacher.
Eyes color of Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom went wrong (17:27) and only Sweetie Belle (19:52) probably for Applejack, Rarity-like effect.
For the first half of the episode, the Alicorn Amulet's head faces to the left. But in the second half, the head faces right.
At the end when Trixie is about to run off, her cutie mark is on her left inside thigh, and I think a little too much of her forehead is visible for her horn to be there also, but I haven't looked at other images for comparison. ~Bobogoobo (talk) 08:19, January 1, 2013 (UTC)
When Fluttershy is disguised as Rainbow Dash, she managed to get Rainbow Dash's eye model, which is impossible
- Actually, it's not impossible; when Fluttershy's eyes are fully open, they're round like a normal pegsus.
Why nobody is wondering that there are two Angels at 2:02-2:30, but only one Angel before (1-35-1:42) and after (2:34-2:44)? Again, at the end (20:31-20:47) there are still two Angels… Aleksusklim (talk) 20:13, August 28, 2014 (UTC)

  - Yeah, this is theoretically possible, but a) there is brown bunny that looks like Angel, so they could just make his copy instead of white one, and b) I’ve mentioned that in some scenes with all animals there is only one white bunny, and it’s seems unlikely that second bunny was off-screen at those moments. Sleepless in Ponyville

(1:17)Applebloom and the gameboard are off the doormat. When Scootaloo jumps from the ladder to the ground at 1:23, the horseshoe that Sweetie Belle just moved shifts to the right. Then at 1:28, it's back in its original spot. Plus, Applebloom and the gameboard have shifted onto the doormat. At 1:38, Applebloom is off the doormat and the gameboard is tilted at a different angle than before. Then at 2:00, the doormat and gameboard disappear! Incorrect blue-green eye color

At around 13:56 in the episode, Rainbow Dash has an incorrect eye color (it looks similar to Fluttershy's, but lighter). (Also, that should probably be uploaded and placed in a gallery at some point, but I figure this'll do for now) -- This is Jonny Manz, signing off! 02:46, December 16, 2012 (UTC)
This is more of a continuity error than it is an animation error. Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust have been training with the same 6 Pegasi for the entire episode. When it cuts to some of them being stuck inside the clouds, the dark-colored Pegasus at the top isn't the same dark-colored Pegasus that they've been training with. --Who would win in a fight between you and yo mama? 02:58, December 17, 2012 (UTC)

Odd stripey pattern on Spitfire's right eye

When Spitfire is talking to Rainbow Dash in her office, you can see an odd pattern in her right eye - being two lines of color different from the rest of her eyes. She also lacks eye lashes in her left eye unlike her right. -- Ozuzanna (Talk) 13:03, December 16, 2012 (UTC)

Apple Family Reunion

Babs Seed's eye color is the same as Apple Bloom's when they are passing a brush to clean wood. The eyelashes are Babs', but the eye color's is Apple Bloom's. This occurs in the song Raise This Barn, and stays until Babs Seed closes her eyes while singing.
An error occurs again with Babs Seed's eyes having no eyelashes, but the color of her eyes are the same as the one she normally has. This happens in the same song, Raise The Barn, when it almost ends. It stays until the picture is seen in the photo album Granny Smith keeps.
During the "Raise your Barn" song at 0:31 Meadow Song's eye is glitched.
During the "Raise the Barn" song, you see a group-shot of the Apple Family. But you also see Carrot Top, Bon Bon, and Cloudchaser.

Not to forget Helia, Shoeshine, Mr. Greenhooves and Cherry Berry

Also, some of the relatives that were seen are missing from the photo (e.g. the red earth pony with the green dress, a couple stallions that look similar to Big Mac).

When the family is gathering for the photo two fillies are unicorns, but they are earth before hand.
On the song, "Raise This Barn," Apple Bloom's eyes are seemingly different in two scenes of the song.
"Alula" is supposed to be an Earth pony for this episode, but she has her wings at one point when the hayride cart is pulling away. ~Bobogoobo (talk) 06:27, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
One line of the song (we raised this barn) is incorrect, it actually should be "we rose this barn".

Granny Smith mentions she and Apple Rose were in a seven-legged race, but it actually should be a six-legged race (two hoofs are tied to you as if you have six legs).
- Actually no. They all have eight legs so then if you take two away you'll get six, but if you tie it together as if you have one whole leg, and add it to the remaining six, you get 7.

Spike at Your Service

00:09: The second book is a red book, where at 00:05 it was a purple book.
4:35: When Spike is spilling the apples, he doesn't spill all of them, but at 4:41 he's seen cleaning up all the apples. And also, how in the hay did he get under the bucket? XD
- But Spike had enough time when he was off-screen (while Applejack was speaking) to spill the rest of apples and to begin collect them back. And he instantly appeared under the bucked just to make this moment be more ridiculous, funny and unpredictable to us and to Applejack. Aleksusklim (talk) 11:54, August 29, 2014 (UTC)
5:39: There's a sack of grain that's overflowing on the right, but at 5:46 it's gone.
- If you mean one open sack (filled with something white) then I’m think that Applejack had enough time off-screen to put down it firstly, while Spike was speaking. Because there was 4 sacks before and only 3 after. More interesting is why we can’t see this open sack at 5:19 in the first shot (and at 5:33 too)? at the start of the episode when twilight says "these books are gonna keep me busy for a while", her magic aura passes under the stack of books while she is to the right of them, this may be a layering mistake.
At some point at Carousel Boutique, Rarity's forelock is layered over her horn.

Keep Calm and Flutter On

When Discord is turned back into stone in "The Return of Harmony", his face is facing away, but when Princess Celestia delivers his statue to Ponyville, his face is forward.
- Also the statue version is mirrored from the real Discord.
When Celestia opens the chest with her magic, part of her horn that is still seen on the screen is not glowing when aura appears around the chest. Xeoxer (talk) 09:49, October 26, 2013 (UTC)
At 4:59, the squirrel has a tatoo on his right arm, but on 6:54, it shifts to the other arm
When Fluttershy tries to use the stare on Discord (during the close ups of her) her wings are not flapping, but she is flying.
- The shadow is also mirrored in the shot where he is alone in the house with Angel
During most of the episode, Dash's necklace faces left instead of right.
5:21, 6:21 (when Discord is spinning), 9:33, 9:50 (Discord's clones): Discord has no mane.
11:16 discord has a blue wing
11:29-11:32 and 11:34-11:42: Instead of Fluttershy's house spinning, it appears as if it is going straight down.
14:00: Rarity appears to have no eye lashes or outline of the eyes. Happens very quickly, and must be viewed frame by frame.
At the diner party, when the soup tureen squirts Twilight, she falls back and is eventually over backward with her ‘bottom’ in the air. Yet her tail remains on the far side of her and not connected to where it should be.
19:17: Whenever Discord leans back when skating behind Fluttershy, it appears as if his wings have detached for a moment.
When Discord blows raspberry to a discorded rabbit, his tongue is snake-like, but when he does it to Angel later on, his tongue is normal. Xeoxer (talk) 19:16, January 31, 2014 (UTC)

Just for Sidekicks

(3:08) When Spike is talking with Fluttershy at the beginning of the episode, he has a measuring cup on his head. When his face is reflected in Fluttershy's jewel, there's no measuring cup in his reflection. The cup reappears in the very next shot.
(3:00) When Fluttershy lets go of Owlowiscious, her wings flap out of sync (one goes up as the other goes down). Horsey0luver (talk) 23:40, June 17, 2017 (UTC)
(11:10) Red animation guide arrows remain when Opalescence is playing with Gummy's tail.

At the Crystal Empire train station, as Spike chases Angel down the platform, Rarity (who is stood in between Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy in previous shots) inexplicably vanishes, despite still being there in the Games Ponies Play version of the scene. --Kinrah (talk) 19:37, February 9, 2013 (UTC)
When Fluttershy watches the pile of luggage fall off the cart at the train station and runs onboard the train, she is shown wearing her saddlebag. Yet in the shot seconds prior when Spike throws his last gem at the cart, she is not wearing it. Ms. Peachbottom shakes her head in surprise and something appeared. People who look closely see it and get incredibly startled.
When Princess Cadence first gets out her scroll, she is holding the top of it with her magic. In subsequent shots, even though the top is not seen, Cadence's horn is not lit up with magic like it should be.

At around 14:51 in the group of ponies training, there is a light purple colored pony with her eyes closed that has the regular non crystal pony eyelashes (three eyelashes) instead of crystal pony eyelashes (a single thick eyelash). Magical Mystery Cure

After Twilight and the Mane 6 share a group hug while wearing their elements, the ends of Twilight's tiara element have become much shorter.
In "The cutie mark song", when Rainbow dash is putting gummy in a cage, there is a short moment when she has her regular cutie mark again.
At the coronation we first see Cadence in the hair style rarity put her in in the last episode. Then after twilight is crowned Cadence has her hair back to her normal style.
During the "Life in Equestria" song, as Princess Luna faces forward, her horn rings are a light blue and have been merged with the same color as her mane, but when she turnes to Celestia, the horn is its normal color.
While Twilight, Spike and Fluttershy are in the cottage, Fluttershy's cutie mark appears to be butterflies again briefly while she should have had Pinkie's cutie mark at that point. -- Ozuzanna (Talk) 18:59, February 16, 2013 (UTC)

At 15:43 (aprox) there is a flashback during Celestia's Ballad in which it shows the scene from The Return of Harmony Part 2 when Twilight casts a purple bubble to bring all of her friends from Discord whom is pulling their elements. Here, when Twilight casts the bubble, her horn is unlit. Aso, Pinkie Pie has gray eyes (probably mistakenly used her "corrupted" eyes, which are gray and not light blue) I saw both errors in the original episode too though.
