It will be interesting to see how this episode plays out. I imagine that either Starlight and Sunburst's parents might be causing the problem together, or they might be feuding with each other and thus causing the problem. It wouldn't surprise me if Sunburst's parents are as ignorant of his lack of magical aptitude as Starlight was in the Crystalling, so I could easily see them bragging about him and rubbing it in other ponies' faces, such as Starlight's parents. By contrast, if Starlight's parents have heard about her becoming Twilight's pupil and/or being involved in the School of Friendship, they could be bragging about her. As such, they could be one-upping each other constantly or tooting their kids' horns so much that it's driving the rest of the town crazy.
Since we're getting Starlight and Sunburst's parents-real appearances rather than silent cameos in the case of the latter-I'm curious to see what parents might be introduced next. Spike and/or Scootaloo would be my top picks, but I could see parents of some of the Young Six showing up as well.--Kilmarnock228 (talk) 20:52, April 9, 2018 (UTC)

Well, this episode was certainly surprising-we only got Starlight's dad and Sunburst's mom rather than the two of them together, and the friendship problem was a bit of a surprise to. Of course, the synopsis kind of alluded to it when it said Sunburst and Starlight hadn't been home in a long time. Wonder if we'll ever see Starlight's mom or see a present day appearance by Sunburst's dad.--Kilmarnock228 (talk) 20:46, May 5, 2018 (UTC)
