Friendship is Magic: The Instrumentals is a soundtrack album containing instrumental versions of various songs from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. It was released on December 6, 2024.

The album includes true instrumental versions of the Friendship is Magic songs that appeared on the albums Friendship is Magic Collection and It's a Pony Kind of Christmas, as well as low-quality filtered instrumentals of the songs from Pinkie Pie's Party Playlist and the album-exclusive songs from It's a Pony Kind of Christmas. Additionally, in lieu of the original instrumental version of A True, True Friend, the cover instrumental from DJ Pon-3 Presents: The Remixes Vol. 2 is used instead.

On December 7, 2024, Daniel Ingram stated via email that he was disappointed Hasbro did not use the song instrumentals he sent to them, and that he will try to contact them to make a proper release for the album.^[1]
