Madeleine Peters is a voice actress and singer in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. Her most prominent role in the series is as Scootaloo.
Peters initially became involved with Friendship is Magic through her agent and prior work for DHX Media on the PBS animated series Martha Speaks.[1] In addition to Scootaloo, she originally auditioned for each of the Mane Six, Apple Bloom, and Sweetie Belle.[2]
Peters has stated in an interview that Scootaloo is among her most rough-sounding and vocally challenging roles as a voice actress. After recording the Cutie Mark Crusaders Song, she'd lost her voice for nearly a day.[3]
In One Bad Apple, Sleepless in Ponyville, and Just for Sidekicks, Peters is credited as "Madeliene Peters."
Outside My Little Pony, Peters' professional credits include voicing Helen Lorraine in Martha Speaks and Emily Willows in Barbie: Princess Charm School. She was also an extra in the Australian television series Danger 5.
