Marÿke Hendrikse (play /məˈrkə/ or /məˈrkə/ /ˈhɛndrɪks/) is a voice actress in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. Her most prominent roles in the series are as Gilda and the speaking voice of Sonata Dusk in Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks.

When initially brought into the series, Hendrikse auditioned for the roles of Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie before receiving an audition for Gilda.[1][2]

In an interview, Hendrikse has described her voice direction for Gilda as having a raspy lion-like growl in her speech.[3] In original recordings for Griffon the Brush Off, Hendrikse's portrayal of Gilda was "younger" and "higher-pitched."[4]

In previous generations of My Little Pony, Hendrikse provided the voice of Brights Brightly in My Little Pony Crystal Princess: The Runaway Rainbow.

Outside My Little Pony, Hendrikse's professional voice credits include GC in Blaster's Universe, Lunamaria Hawke in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, Susan Test in Johnny Test, Thunderblast in Transformers Cybertron, Revy in Black Lagoon, Bubbles in Powerpuff Girls Z, Yasmin in the second season of Bratz, Sandra Leylocke in Tara Duncan, Amy in Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch, and various supporting roles in Moville Mysteries, Inuyasha, 6teen, and the Barbie film series.

In live-action, Hendrikse has had guest roles in My Secret Identity and Wind at My Back.
