Something else also bugs me...

...the E.E.A. should have no jurisdiction.

The School of Friendship isn't a regular school. It's a "hero school", just like Sky High, Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters (aka Jean Grey School for Higher Learning), and U.A. High School.

"Mark For Efforts" points out pretty clear the difference between a regular school and the School of Friendship.

Thus, since the School of Friendship not a regular school, it has no obligation to follow E.E.A. standards.

Meaning, Neighsay shouldn't have been able to shut down the school.
