Tina Guo (Chinese: 郭婷) is a Chinese cellist and composer from Shanghai. In My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, she provided cello solos for Octavia Melody in Slice of Life.

Guo's involvement in the show was first announced by series score composer William Anderson on DeviantArt in April 2015;[1] Anderson had contacted Guo personally during recording for season five.[2] Guo herself confirmed her involvement in the series' one-hundredth episode on Facebook and Instagram at around the same time.[3]

Outside My Little Pony, Guo is an accomplished acoustic and electric cellist whose work has been featured in numerous motion picture, television, and video game musical scores. She has provided cello solos for Hancock, Sherlock Holmes, Clash of the Titans, Iron Man 2, Inception, Battle: Los Angeles, X-Men: First Class, and Olympus Has Fallen. Her work has also been featured in Rock Band, Diablo III, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and Journey.

Guo has performed alongside various music artists and orchestras such as Carrie Underwood, the Foo Fighters, Stevie Wonder, Josh Groban, John Legend, Midori Gotō, the San Diego Symphony, and the Vancouver Island Symphony.
