As a sort of companion piece to the headcanon that I've just posted, I've also cut down part of my timeline here. In Princess Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia mentions that they’re attending the first Summer Sun Celebration since Luna’s return - that everything in the first three seasons happened over the space of one year. Obviously that would mean the episodes aren’t aired in chronological order - Fall Weather Friends aired two episodes after Winter Wrap Up, for example. Because I’m a fanfic author and I tend to obsess over timeframes, I built a work-in-progress model which I could set my fanfics around.
The timeline I’ve copied down below only has the canon events, plus a couple of behind-the-scenes events (like where Luna was at the Grand Galloping Gala, for example). Each episode has been labelled with a hashtag.

S October 16: Rarity receives an invitation to the Canterlot Garden Party, an event that clashes with Twilight’s party. She decides to go to the Garden Party, and writes to her friends telling them she cannot make Ponyville for the next day. (#FiM Sweet and Elite)

S October 22: Prince Blueblood attempts to have the Bearers of Harmony punished for ruining his night. Celestia ignores him.
S October 23: Pound and Pumpkin Cakes’ ‘monthiversary’ according to Pinkie Pie. She babysits them whilst the Cakes deal with an urgent order. (#FiM Baby Cakes) Prince Blueblood attempts to have Shining Armor punished for his sister ruining his night. Celestia ignores him. During the night court, he takes his complaints to Princess Luna, who shouts him into submission.
October 24: Prince Blueblood takes his complaints to Princess Cadance. Cadance slaps her half-cousin and publicly humiliates him (having been informed in advance by Shining Armor). He complains to Celestia about Cadance. Celestia reprimands Blueblood and tells him to stop acting like a spoilt child.
October 31: Princess Luna, at the encouragement of her sister, attempts to get back into touch with the residents of Ponyville during Nightmare Night. Due to confusion over how she believes Celestia acts in public, she behaves as she would addressing her subjects before Nightmare Moon. She is introduced to the concept of ‘fun’. (#FiM Luna Eclipsed)

S June 3: Twilight discovers her mistake. Due to each pony’s incompetence at each others’ destinies, Ponyville slowly rips itself apart. She eventually rights it by reminding the others of their friendship. After doing so, she completes Star Swirl’s last spell, realizing her own destiny and ascending into an alicorn form.
