Season Four Wishlist
Five basic things that I want in season four:
1): An episode with none of the mane six in it.
Why?
Here's why: I know the mane six are the stars, but perhaps in one episode there could be a focus on some new or nobody characters. It would be pretty cool. We need episodes that have nothing to do with: the Cutie Mark Crusaders, the mane six and Spike for a change. Perhaps season four could allow this.
2.): The return of Twist.
Why?
To put it simply... I like Twist. She barely got any screentime and I wish for her to return. In season four I do hope that she gets her own episode dedicated to her life or perhaps trying to win back Apple Bloom's friendship. I don't know, it just seems pretty plausible for her to return in season four.

I can see this happening either in Spike at your Service or in the season finale.
A few things that won't happen in MLP: FIM
There are a few things in MLP: FIM that won't happen. I'm not saying that these can't happen. But in my perspective it would be impossible. I'll state three now and some more later.
1.): A duet with Applejack and Rainbow Dash.
Why is this impossible?
It's impossible because Rainbow Dash and Applejack have the same singing voice. Unless Applejack or Rainbow Dash get a different voice atress for their singing roles I can't see it happening. I know there have been group songs where Applejack and Rainbow Dash are seen singing at the same time but those were probably recorded at different times.
2.) Sea ponies appearing in the show.
Why is this impossible?

That Adventures in Ponyville game...
It could use adjusting and redoing. That Fluttershy mini-game is still unrealeased... who would like to see this game redone?
I would personally but I can't see it happen becaues Hub only makes new games nowadays.
